A professional at all times without losing his personality. Once he knew my criteria he did an excellent job sending me listings that fully represented my interests. Tim responded quickly to my inquiry and I was able to see the unit the sa,e day I called. I wanted to change the terms of the lease and he followed up on it until he was able to touch bases with the owner. There was another individual also interested and he was able to convince the owner we were the better choice. At all times he was professional, personable and responsive.
