About Tim

Timothy Phillips has been involved in the real estate industry since 1987 when he bought his first rehab investment house. He went on to get his real estate license in 1991 and eventually opened three real estate offices with his partner. In the late 90's, Tim moved on to starting up Allied Network Real Estate and working with other investors to develop, build and sell over 640 condominiums in multiple projects throughout the Western Wayne County area. Tim became expert at land acquisition, rezoning, master deed and bylaw drafting. After the downturn in the real estate market, he utilized his knowledge of construction to partner up with investors to purchase, rehab and sell over 80 distressed homes. Tim and his crews earned a reputation for quality workmanship that had buyers often purchasing those homes before they even hit the market.
