Tim Roach

Tim Roach has spent his entire life in Orange County, California. He studied business and finance at Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at the University of Fullerton and proceeded to work in fast, upscale environments, assuring client satisfaction on luxury properties. Passionate about community values, the move from Costa Mesa to Seal Beach was a natural fit. With encouragement from family and neighbors, Tim started contributing his talents to The L3 Real Estate firm in 2017. In his free time, Tim loves to go camping with his partner Brady and dog, Lola.
