My husband and I had two other realtors in the course of a year. Both said, if you find something you want to see I will get you an appointment. We wasted a whole year looking for ourselves and in the mean time property prices went up. We found and hired Tim at Exit Realty, he asked what boxes needed to be checked for us and within two days he had properties for us to look at. Within a month he found us our perfect place. Tim always worked hard and negotiated to get the price we wanted. The two other realtors just sat back and would make appointments waiting for an easy sale, which is what a lot of realtors do. Tim not only negotiated the sale, he spent a lot of time communicating with the title company to insure us a clear title. After the sale was completed, we were surprised by an extravagant gift basket from Tim. I can not say enough good things about Tim and I know if you hire him, you will be very happy as well.
