Tim Ryan

Tim Ryan is a veteran commercial real estate broker with vast experience advising companies and non-profits on the entire lifecycle of their real estate function, from strategic analysis all the way to transaction and occupancy. Having represented hundreds of clients throughout the Chicagoland area, Tim is highly experienced in real estate finance, due diligence, and lease negotiation. He's not afraid to push hard to get his clients the best deal possible, and he's prepared to advise his clients to walk away from the transaction if the structure or valuation is unfavorable. In his spare time, Tim enjoys cycling, SCUBA diving, and reading. Tim lives on the Northwest Side of Chicago with his wife Rebecca and his two children Brady and Grace.
