Tim Ryan

Tim is the Managing Broker & CEO of AVINE REAL ESTATE specializing in Manufactured Housing Communities and RV Resorts. Prior to launching his company, Tim served as Vice President of Investments at CRI Commercial Real Estate Investors. Before CRI, he was an Acquisitions Associate for Treehouse Communities, a commercial real estate private equity firm, where he participated in over $600 million in transactions nationally and sourced over $2 billion in investment opportunities. Tim holds real estate licenses in both California and Arizona, providing him with the expertise to meet his clients' needs. With a comprehensive network of clients and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, Tim is well-positioned to deliver exceptional results. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University.
