Words can’t express how thankful we are that Tim Scepansky was our Realtor! My husband and I started the process of looking for our first home in Spring of 2021. By June 2021 we moved into our beautiful house and could not be happier!!! At first I was nervous because I did not know what to expect and we were working with a short time frame. Tim put my mind at ease by listening to my concerns and answering ALL of my questions so I felt included and respected. He took the time to understand what we wanted in a home/neighborhood and gave us the resources we needed to see what was available. He always kept our best interest in mind and in this market you need someone who will 100% have your back. He was readily available for whatever we needed and went over and beyond on his part to make sure everything was in order for our closing date.
