Tim Schlachter is the Managing Director of SVN- Ascension Commercial Realty and is widely recognized as a thought leader in the real estate industry. Prior to joining the SVN global real estate platform, Tim operated a highly successful brokerage, construction and property management company. Tim’s deep knowledge of brokerage, property management, construction, development and finance uniquely positions him to create real value for his clients. This client base of major real estate owners in the area know Tim as a key executive with a great depth of knowledge and appreciate his commitment in servicing their needs. Tim also has a strong philanthropic and service commitment to our community.
