I can’t say enough great things about Tim Scott! From start to finish, Tim was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire home buying process. Tim was always super quick to answer any questions I had (no matter how small), and his insight into the local market was invaluable. His negotiation skills helped me land an amazing home at a great price, and he made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Tim has been wonderful agent. He was very patient with my wife and I for finding a home in the Detroit Metro area. Tim never put pressure on us and he spent a lot of time trying to meet our needs. He has been the best agent we have worked with. Unfortunately we had to move to Maryland from Michigan and I don't think we will be lucky finding someone like Tim in Maryland.

I recommend Tim Scott if you need to buy or sell a house. He was very good to get us viewings very quickly which is important in this difficult housing market. It took us a long time to find the right house but Tim stuck with us! We had to find a house that fit my large musical instruments but was within our budget. Best Decision We Ever Made!!! We were in a situation where we needed to get out of our Condo ASAP and Tim came through for Us!!!
