I recommend Tim Scott if you need to buy or sell a house. He was very good to get us viewings very quickly which is important in this difficult housing market. It took us a long time to find the right house but Tim stuck with us! We had to find a house that fit my large musical instruments but was within our budget. We are thrilled with what we now have, and Tim made getting it smooth and simple. He is an honest man with integrity. You won't go wrong with him.

Super responsive, very knowledgeable, laser focused on acting quickly and doing what it takes to make the right deal for me and my family. In todays real estate market it can be stressful at times. My wife and I were impressed by Tims responsive communication and his willingness to listen, along with the quality of his work. Tim had our condo sold in 24 hrs! What most impressed us about Tim was the fact that he cared about what we wanted.

Best Decision We Ever Made!!! We were in a situation where we needed to get out of our Condo ASAP and Tim came through for Us!!! The market was changing quickly and we needed to get in on the boom before things went south. Nobody else will ever beat his services and I’m relieved we don’t have the financial stress any longer!!!
