Tim Upchurch

We grew up in Raleigh and have seen this wonderful small Southern city grow to be a charming and beautiful destination to many others who are moving here from all over the world. They can see the same charm the Triangle holds for all of us. After college in the mountains of North Carolina my high school sweetheart, Lou Ann, and I returned to Raleigh and raised our 3 beautiful children here. We are actively involved in our church and many other volunteer efforts in our community. We give back to the area and people who have been so important in our lives. Many of my early client’s children are now coming to us to help them find their first home. What a wonderful compliment! It is our pleasure to help people find their homes and fulfill their dreams.
