Tim VandenToorn

Tim VandenToorn serves as the General Manager for United Properties. He works with owners, new investors, and tenants daily. Tim is a licensed REALTOR in the State of Michigan, and a member of NARPM. Before joining the full time staff, Tim worked as an independent contractor for United Properties where he was able to gain valuable experience in resolving maintenance issues, and gave him a great understanding of the properties we manage.

Tim also has several investment properties of his own which provides him firsthand knowledge and experience of the Grand Rapids market allowing him to advice investors from 7 different countries who work with him finding functional investment properties that will give our investors a good rate of return.

Tim is married and has three children. He enjoys anything outdoors.
