Tim is extremely personable, responsive and flexible. I live in a state other than Georgia, and I needed an agent who could work with me in person and virtually doing virtual showings as I looked for a house in Gwinnett and DeKalb Counties. He was able to accommodate me on both accounts.

He listened to me as I described the things I like and don't like in a house. As a result, he was able to modify our house hunting trips to reflect that.

If you have specific questions or concerns relating to the type of house and amenities you desire, ask Tim any questions you have, and he will research the answers for you. He will provide you with as much detail as you desire.

Working with Tim was a consistently positive experience. Despite it taking over a year between my first looking at selling my house and the time it was ready to go on the market (lots of repairs from a particularly destructive tenant), Tim kept in regular contact with me, keeping up to date with the progress of the repairs.

Once the house was ready to go on the market, Tim shifted into high gear and actually had multiple offers for me to consider in less than 48 hours. He reviewed the pros and cons of each with me and in less than a week we were just waiting on the various processes to complete. The sale closed (for more than the initial asking price) exactly 5 weeks after it was listed, most of which was waiting for the buyer's bank approval. The one or two bumps that came up (HOA enstoppel letters, etc) Tim handled or helped me handle efficiently, not delaying the final closing date at all.

I highly recommend Tim to anyone looking to sell a house.
