Tim Weinman

Mr. Weinman is the driving force behind PTV. He has over 40 years of experience in the Shopping Center, Commercial and Multifamily real estate industries. He successfully managed, leased, and developed for some of the nation’s leading developers and Real Estate Companies; including Edward J. DeBartolo, Oxford Development and JJ Gumberg Co. He managed and leased some of the largest malls and open air centers in the country including Century 3, South Hills Village, Village Square in Pa and millions of sf of GLA in open air centers in eight states. He has proven abilities to assemble difficult sites, steer them through site plan approval, manage construction from raw dirt to store opening, and preparing and managing development pro forma’s is a well-documented record of success. He completed development, leases and or sales with some of the Nation’s leading companies including Walgreens, McDonalds, JC Penney, Staples, KFC, Taco Bell and Dollar General. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1981, Member of ICSC and Director of the local Board of Realtors. He graduated from Penn State University in 1974 with a Business degree majoring in Marketing and Management
