About Tim

Tim Wimmer began his career owning a construction company. A few years in, he realized it was time to switch gears, and landed on real estate. In 2004, Tim studied and earned his real estate license, getting his new start in the world of commercial real estate, and was one of the first in central Wisconsin to specialize in the field. Drawing from his time in construction and his time spent working for his father, a real estate developer, it became the perfect marriage of his skillset and knowledge.
