Timmie Taff

Originally from the Washington D.C. area, Timmie moved to Baltimore in 1991 and has lived in Historic Federal Hill since 1992. Timmie graduated from Mount St. Mary s University in Emmitsburg, MD, and received a B.S. in Business and Finance. She worked 13 years as an Institutional Stockbroker and worked her way to the title of Vice President at Deutsche Bank Securities prior to embarking into real estate. Timmie has been a top sales producer consistently throughout her career and continues to build her business. She acquired a broad base of industry knowledge from her family, who had been in the real estate business for 52 years. This experience allows her to have a vast knowledge of many counties and neighborhoods in Maryland.

Timmie works passionately to assist Buyers and Sellers through the sales transaction from contract to close to make sure it's a smooth and enjoyable process. Her market specialties include Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Harford County communities. Real estate is one of the most exciting investments one can make, and it should be a fun and rewarding experience. In her free time, Timmie enjoys traveling with her husband, gardening, running, and playing with her Scottish Terrier Gracie. Timmie has a passion for historic properties since she bought her 1850’s Federal Hill row home in 2000. Baltimore has so much to offer from waterfront properties to row homes on cobblestone streets to newer townhomes. A great place to live and enjoy!
