We worked with Tim on a sale of our house. From pre-listing to closing he was guiding us through the whole process, making sure we understand every step and answering all of our questions. The strategy he proposed and executed worked better than we ever expected. Within a few days of putting the house on the market we had multiple offers to choose from and ended up selling for well over our asking price. Tim was always very professional and responsive. His knowledge about the industry and current market conditions put me more at ease and I trusted his recommendations and opinions. We contacted Tim based on his notoriety throughout our town. Tim possess the qualities that make for an extremely successful and effective broker. I can’t say enough about Tim’s professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge within the industry and specifically, our town. He has high degree of integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping our best interests in mind. From the beginning he was prepared with a complete and detailed marketing plan for the sale of our home, utilizing social media, printed media and every major real estate website. Besides constantly providing updates via phone calls and text messages, Tim utilized popular web-tools to provide us with activity on prospective buyers and their feedback. Almost immediately we had several offers to choose. Tim did research to assist with assessing a fair market price of our property and then negotiated effectively with the buyers agent on behalf of my wife and I. Unfortunately, right before closing, the buyer suddenly defaulted; we were dumbfounded and devastated. Tim calmly reassured my wife and I and provided numerous avenues for us to choose (he always seem to have a contingency plan!!!). Tim immediately presented several very good and solid offers for us. Within 3 weeks from the buyer default, we successfully sold our home to a wonderful couple. Tim was in many ways the perfect agent: hard working, ethical and detail oriented. Tim’s excellent work and consistent results ensures that he comes very highly recommended.

Tim is great at what he does. We did a lot of research before choosing him to sell my dad’s house.

When I was ready to list my home, I interviewed three realtors including Timothy Belko. I ultimately decided to go with him because he seemed more knowledgable with the market. The other two realtors wanted to list high which meant the house probably would have sat on the market long (even in this sellers market) Timothy took the time to explain how the process would work, reviewed all the listing paperwork with me, gave me staging ideas, as well as professional photos. We starting with a coming soon while the house was being prepared for showings. As soon as the listing became available, I had 22 in one weekend and several offers. The home was priced accordingly and I did not have to just settle.

Timothy was very responsive even into the early evening and weekends. He would call or text back if he missed my call. Provided updates along the way and offered suggestions to make settlement go smoothy. Even with the few mishaps he was always by my side.

I would definitely recommend Timothy and use his services in the future.

Tim sold us our house 5 years ago and was fantastic! Which is why we went directly back to him when we were ready to sell the house. Tim is by far the best real estate agent I have ever met. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and extremely responsive. Selling a house is supposed to be stressful, however Tim made it a walk in the park for my husband and I. Every step of the way, Tim provided us with his valuable input and adhered to all of our needs. If I could give Tim 6 stars, I would. Above and beyond in every way, Tim was responsive since the first day we talked about what I was looking for in a home. As a first-time homebuyer, I was understandably overwhelmed with the process. With each home tour, Tim helped me to narrow down what was important to me and assuaged my concerns about the process. He walked me through the homebuying process (and repeated when I inevitably forgot things) and when I decided to make an offer, he worked diligently on my behalf and kept me updated every step of the way. And when my closing was almost derailed, he helped to save it at the last minute and even drove back from his home to drop the keys off to me so I could get into the house on the night of closing. What should have been one of the most stressful experiences in adult life, purchasing a home with Tim Belko was far and away one of the easiest and stress-free purchase experiences I've ever had. Tim really took his time to review our exact wants and needs, understood our concerns and feedback on homes we saw that didn't work and adjusted his search to better meet our needs. At the end of the day, we purchased a house we absolutely love and Tim even came by a few weeks later with a gift.
