Tim first moved to Nashville in 2007 and has since called it home. With years of experience as a Realtor, Tim's passion for loving his community has enabled him to help dozens of clients achieve their real estate goals through investing, buying, and selling their properties under the best terms possible. Tim recognizes that being entrusted with managing the purchase or sale of one of a client's largest assets requires diligence, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.

Tim loves being a part of Nashville's urban neighborhood revitalization. When he is not working on behalf of his clients, Tim enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling the world, which often, leads to new real estate connections—and new investments.
