Timothy Crabtree

We are Tim and Laci Crabtree, a husband and wife team. Servicing the Middle Tennessee area, including Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Manchester, Tullahoma, Decherd, and Winchester to name a few. We specialize in Tims Ford Lake, and that's where we call home as well. Tim is a native of TN, and Laci is originally from Iowa, but has spent the last 20 plus years in TN. After owning a successful small business for 13 years, we decided we were ready for a new challenge. Real estate seemed to provide everything we were looking for: the opportunity to help others, to make new friendships, and being able to work together. In our free time we enjoy spending time on the lake, playing board games, and cruising. We both believe that we don't just sell homes, we sell an amazing experience, full of laughter, tears, and a few grey hairs! But mostly smiles - the houses are just a bonus.
