As first time home buyers, we were so fortunate to work with a realtor like Tim. He was incredibly patient, hard working, honest and was there every step of the way. He was always quick to respond to all of our (many) questions and made himself accessible when we needed him. It was such a relief to be working with someone that had our best interest and we never felt pressured to make a decision. I had a great overall experience with Tim. I was very specific with what I was looking for, and Tim worked quickly to present options that fit my criteria. The entire process start to finish was smooth and as a first time homebuyer, Tim was a valuable resource and soundboard for my many questions. I have worked with Tim on both the buying and selling end of a deal now. Tim is passionate about his work and devoted to his clients’ needs. He is very responsive, no matter the day or time. He stays on top of all of the moving pieces in order to ensure smooth and timely closings. We were hoping to be in our new home for Christmas and he made that happen!
