Tim holds a business degree from University of Illinois, where he graduated with honors. He received his real estate license in 2004 and has been facilitating transactions since.

Tim has a background in management consulting, operations, and IT. Prior to being in real estate full time, he held director level positions for Fortune 500 companies, leading large teams and being accountable to C-suite level executives.

He spends his free time with his wife Jen and three young children. He enjoys coaching sports, running marathons, BBQ, and travel.
