Tim made the house searching process so easy and enjoyable! He does such a great job getting to know you and the type of property you’re looking for. He is proactive in monitoring new listings and when a good match for you comes up, he promptly makes a reservation for a showing. Tim’s #1 priority is making sure you find the right house for you - he is never just trying to make a sale. He is also very familiar with the Cincinnati housing market which is extremely helpful when it comes to determining what type of an offer you should make to allow you to get the property without over paying. I’ll never use any realtor other than Tim!!

Tim Dirr is the best real estate agent in the business! Even though I was not a first time home buyer, it had been 30+ years since I sold / bought a home. Tim made the whole process go very smoothly. With his expert knowledge of the market, attention to details enthusiasm and excellent professional skills , Tim was the best representative for my interests. In the process of buying and selling homes , he negotiated deals that were very beneficial to me. Tim was highly attentive and returned phone calls, texts and emails promptly. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone in the process of buying or selling their property.

Even though I'm sure he was busy, Tim made my wife and I feel like we were his only client. Tim did an outstanding job and was on top of everything throughout the entire process of finding and buying our new home! Tim is very knowledgeable about homes and won't try to sell you something that won't meet your needs, or that may have some issues that you weren't expecting. Tim's personality is one of a kind! Definitely a great realtor to work with if you are looking for a home in southwest Ohio.

Tim was a tremendous asset throughout the entire process - from advising us on getting our house ready to go on the market all the way to the final closing. Very professional in all phases of his work. Maintained a constant line of communication keeping us updated on all relevant issues and processes. After watching Tim help our youngest son find and purchase his first home in early 2020 we decided he was the realtor we wanted to use. Tim was awesome during my search! He was very diligent and always made sure to consult with me every step of the way. As a first time home buyer, it was very easy for me to get excited at every pretty house that I saw. Tim was excellent at bringing me back to reality and walking me thru houses and showing me the key areas to look out for when going thru the process. This showed me the care he has for his clients as he isn’t concerned with just selling a home as quick as possible. Tim wanted to make sure that I found a place that I could be comfortable in for the foreseeable future. He is always reliable and was there for me every step of the way. From setting up my search to signing the paperwork and all areas in between. Any real estate business that I need handled, I will always be giving Tim a call.

Tim is like family! Tim Dirr will always be my go-to real estate agent! Tim has represented me in two real estate contracts, once when I was a first home buyer in 2012 and years later when I went to sell. He has been in the real estate business over 15 years and is very knowledgeable about the current market. He pays attention to your wants and needs. He communicates with you throughout the entire process; you are never in the dark. He is patient and kind takes the time to explain things and answer any questions you may have. He makes you a priority, and works assertively to make sure that you, his client, truly gets the absolute best outcome. He cares about his clients. It does not matter how big or small your real estate transaction might be, he will work hard and give you 110% as your agent. I recommend Tim 100 times over.

The first time we met Tim, he prided himself on his open and honest communication. After having him guide us through our first home selling process, Tim certainly lived up his word.
