Tim has been passionate about real estate since he was a kid. He often spent his spare time reading real estate investing books and attending open houses on weekends! In his early 20's, he became a real estate investor, developer, and landlord. He is developed several lots for construction in McLean, purchased multiple REO properties, and executed his very own HGTV-inspired, whole-house renovation. He is familiar with every stage of a home's life cycle! With his experience, he can find clients exactly what they are looking for. Plus, as an accountant with ten years' experience, he continually assesses financial aspects of each transaction. Apart from real estate, he loves cars, interior design, cooking, and horology! He looks forward to working with new clients to find their dream home.
