Starting life in Washington DC, Tim, one of six children, was raised in Annapolis, MD where sailing and all water sports were the mainstay of everyday life.

Being an avid sailboarder and surfer led to the amazing experience as a sailboard instructor in West Australia, the Hawaiian Islands, and the Caribbean.

After entering the Real Estate industry over a decade ago, his specialty immediately moved to residential renovations and sales.
With five personal renovations over the last 10 years in the Manatee / Sarasota markets, St Petersburg and the resort town of Sandpoint, Id., Tim understands that focus, knowledge, and communication are imperative for success.

Downtime for Tim includes involvement in local farmers markets as well as pet rescue and foster. He can also be found tending to the bees on the five-acre orange grove that he and his partner Gary own in Manatee County, Fl.
