Timothy Gibson

Tim Gibson is a REALTOR® who has a unique love for building relationships and helping people achieve their goals. He graduated magna cum laude from Liberty University with a degree in business administration with an emphasis on marketing. He and his wife Natalie live in Dahlonega, GA, with their daughter and two sons.

Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Tim moved to the Atlanta area in 1999 to pursue a career in the music industry. During his time writing and performing, Tim began seeking business opportunities in other industries. This journey led him into real estate investment, which increased his knowledge of property value and fueled his desire to become a REALTOR®. In 20+ years, Tim has seen firsthand the growth and transformation of North Georgia. He possesses a unique understanding of the area, spanning from Forsyth County to the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Prior to entering real estate full time, Tim excelled in various marketing roles, including digital marketing, social media marketing, graphic design, and web design. He is detail-oriented, and he knows the importance of having a high level of customer service. His top priority is listening to his clients’ dreams and desires in order to serve them better.
