Tim Grant went way over and above to help us get our home sold. Our situation was unique and quite frankly, it was difficult! But Tim never gave up on us. I can't say enough good about him. He's professional, creative, thinks outside of the box and always willing and looking for opportunities to help in any way he can. If we were ever to need another realtor in the Newnan/Coweta County area we would choose Tim Grant again without a second thought. He's the BEST!

Tim is very thorough and will go the extra mile for his clients. He also knows his stuff when it comes to the market and negotiating. He can be an eloquent pit bull when needed. 😂 I’ve worked with Tim to sell my home as well as to purchase my first new construction home. He’s not afraid to get dirty either. When it came to preparing my house for showing he was not afraid to get on the ladder to make sure the house was presentable. His response Tim is unheard of and his clients are treated like a priority. We’ve even had calls while he was at his sons baseball game. (I’m not a fan of interfering is anyone’s family time). But I say that to say he will get the job done. I highly recommend Tim for any of your real estate needs. I’d definitely work with him again in the future!

Working with Tim was one of the best experiences we've had. He walked us through every step of the way in a time that was very busy and confusing for us as sellers. His professionalism and knowledge of everything going on was top notch. He always answered every question we had quickly. He will not keep you in the dark. And the way set up the sale of our home until it sold was simply awesome. He sold our home in less than 3 days with 36 offers on the table when all was said and done. We gave Tim an impossible, ok, highly improbable at least, task. Find a home that met our individual must-haves, within a certain location, within our price range...yesterday! Oh yeah, only one of us would be available for showings. The other was 4 and a half hours away and sometimes would be available to video chat...AND HE DID IT! We were coming off a horrible experience with another realtor so my expectation was for another disappointment. I've never been so glad to be wrong in my life. Tim was always, ALWAYS, available for my calls. He even answered on the fire truck in route. His wife (and now fellow realtor) came on at least one showing on their way to a date. Can you say COMMITMENT?! If I ever bought another house, hands down, zero hesitation, I'll call Tim.
