Timothy Harper

Tim Harper is a third generation Washingtonian and a father of four boys. Licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia he has been active in the real estate marketplace for twenty years. During that time he has been recognized by his affiliate company as well as the local association of Realtors for our production as well as being recognized as being among the top 1% of all agents nationwide. More importantly his service and accomplishments have been recognized by many clients and fellow real estate agents. Tim has a BSBA in Real Estate and Urban Development from The American University. Tim has successfully managed two of the top offices in Long and Foster's Montgomery County Sales Offices successfully overseeing more than One Billion Dollars in transactions. Additionally he has a background in appraising properties. Specialties include investment analysis, residential sales and multi-family housing.
