My name is Timothy Intile, and I proudly serve the Loudoun County and Northern Virginia community, where I’ve lived for over a decade. As a 10-year U.S. Army Veteran with corporate experience in lending, real estate marketing, and logistics, I bring discipline, precision, and dedication to every client relationship. Having worked on the lending side in both wholesale and traditional finance, I can easily bridge the gap between buyers, sellers, and loan officers to ensure a smooth process. My background as a real estate marketing manager, along with my knowledge of creative financing and investing, gives me a unique ability to help clients not only find the right home but also structure a deal that works in their favor.

I take pride in my ability to understand people’s needs, listen carefully to their priorities, and use strong negotiation skills to help them achieve their real estate goals. With a focus on customer service and a tech-savvy approach, I strive to make every transaction seamless and efficient. Outside of real estate, I enjoy golfing, stock trading, and taking on home design and DIY projects—skills that allow me to bring added insight when clients are considering renovations or improvements.
