We relocated to the area from the Bay area. We were unfamiliar with NV county. Tim was friendly and truly knowledgeable about homes in different areas and aspects of upkeep. He helped lay out props and cons for our lifestyle with each house we viewed. He presented all the information and brought up things we had ourselves not thought of. Tim was honest, hard working and very calm and patient with our search. He helped find and negotiate our dream home. Thank you Tim!

I have known Tim for 20 years and I can say he is the most honest, kind, and funny person you will ever meet. He has an open mind and will not judge.
