With 15 years of experience in the field, he holds a BSBA in Real Estate from Thomas Edison State University in Trenton, New Jersey, and has refined his expertise through training in Colorado real estate appraisal practice.

His journey began at the age of 19 with Sterling Real Estate Group in Denver. After four years of hands-on market experience, he launched Circle J Real Estate with a mission to revolutionize client satisfaction through practical systems that deliver effective results.

With well over a decade in the industry, Timothy remains committed to continual growth. He has earned both the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation and the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification to stay ahead of industry trends.

Beyond real estate, he is a dedicated family man who cherishes time with his wife, Laura, and their four wonderful children. Together, they enjoy horseback riding, gardening, making music, world travel, and creating lasting memories.
