Timothy Klingman

I bring a legal background and mindset to my work as a Realtor and President of North Shore Homes. I caught the real estate bug as a college student, who renovated homes in my spare time. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from UW-Milwaukee. I went straight to the University of Wisconsin Law School, earning a juris doctorate in just over two years.

My professional experience includes the private practice of law (focusing on real estate, employment, family, litigation). I also spent significant time working on developing wireless cell phone networks for several regional and national carriers.

In my free time I enjoy time with my family, running, biking, tennis, reggae music, and brain teasing mechanical puzzles (yep!).

I was honored with the 2009, '10, ’11, ’12, ’13, ‘14, '15, '16, '17 Milwaukee Five Star Real Estate Agent designation. I also had the good fortune to appear on local and national television (HGTV’s House Hunters).
