Tim is a passionate and accomplished real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in new development, luxury residential and the commercial sector. He currently works a portfolio of active new development and luxury residential sales, spanning Manhattan, Hamptons, Los Angeles, and Europe.

Tim has provided advisory and consulting services to buyers, sellers, developers and some of the world's leading real estate firms. He is known for his ability to connect clients with the some of the leading properties around the world. The most recent record-setting transaction at 180 Pointe Mecox in the Hamptons, last ask $27.5M is one of the highest sales in 2023 and a testament to his dedication in the luxury market.

Tim is a graduate of Radford University, where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance & Real Estate with honors. He is fluent in French and conversational Spanish.

Outside of real estate, Tim enjoys spending time in nature and his family, playing tennis, and surfing. As a former professional tennis player he maintains a tennis academy working with young tennis players, blending the mental therapy of surfing and the dynamic nature of sports to help in well being .
