Tim brings to a wealth of skill, experience, and professionalism. Raised on Long Island, New York and the youngest of five boys, Tim understands competition and knows what it takes to succeed. While attending school in Manhattan he worked evenings to pay his college tuition and earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Baruch College, a City University of New York. Since then, Tim has gone on to obtain an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from BOMI (Owners Managers Institute) and is currently pursuing his Real Estate Brokers license.

Tim originally began his career in Real Estate in 1986 with Merrill Lynch Realty in Scottsdale Arizona where he was a Relocation Specialist. In 1989 he moved to the East Bay and was hired by a regional bank for their real estate division in San Francisco. Within a short time, Tim was promoted to Assistant Vice President overseeing the leasing and management of the Bank's head quarter in the Financial District as well as other real estate holdings in the Bay Area.

Throughout his extensive sales career Tim has often been recognized as a Top Producer. His professionalism and passion to satisfy his clients expectations continue to be the driving force behind his success. Tim has always been willing to go the distance for his clients and believes that doing so will ensure referral and repeat business in the future. Whether buying or selling a home, Tim approaches each transaction like he's representing a family member. He strives to protect their interest while negotiating the very best offer and all the while making the transaction as painless as possible.
