Timothy Siciliano

Tim has had his Real Estate license since 1983 and in 1986 earned his Broker’s license. He became the Broker/Owner of Gavin Agency in 1993. In 2024, he joined C21 Solid Gold Realty & created The Gavin Group of nine experienced agents he brought over from Gavin Agency that serve Oakhurst, Wayside, Wanamassa, West Allenhurst, Interlaken, Deal, Allenhurst, Loch Arbour, Asbury Park, Neptune, Tinton Falls, Eatontown, West Long Branch & Long Branch. Tim is a second-generation Realtor & included in the Gavin Group are his brothers Christopher Siciliano & Ricardo Siciliano, his 2 sons Jeffrey Siciliano & Matthew Siciliano, all born & raised in Oakhurst & friend Ronald Fernicola of Allenhurst along with Alice Wooley, Maria Raccuia, Christian Napolitano & Christopher Strano.

Tim has been a top producer & is very knowledgeable of his immediate market & has been very active in the Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS®. He has been a member of the Board of Directors beginning in 1998 as well as serving as the First Vice President and on many committees. Tim has also earned the Circle of Excellence Award numerous times. When not serving the community as a realtor, he has been very active in our community volunteering for many community-based events as well as serving as a coach for our youth programs. He was the Township of Ocean Recreation Coordinator/Coach for Youth Wrestling for 24 years, which was something he really enjoyed doing.
