Born and raised in South Miami, Florida, Tim is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to real estate, he spent seventeen years in the entertainment industry as a Location Manager, Production Supervisor, and Producer. This industry experience was essential to his professional development as a Realtor and Branch Manager. He has literally logged thousands of hours coordinating budgets, schedules, and scouting every corner of Los Angeles while negotiating hundreds of deals. This gave him a tremendous opportunity to learn the unique, defining characteristics of each specific neighborhood. The range of personalities and professionals that he successfully worked and negotiated within his film industry career, (both above and below the line), were the perfect preparation for the very similar, challenging field of real estate.

Tim donated five years of his time to serve as the Los Angeles Mayoral Appointed Board Member for Whitley Heights' Historic Preservation Overlay Zone (HPOZ), in addition to serving four years as a Board Member for The Charitable Foundation for Berkshire Hathaway, formerly Prudential California Realty. Giving back to the community is an absolute imperative for Tim and he does so at the close of every transaction. This can be to a charitable organization of his client's choice or to one of Tim's favorite charities, which include neighbor preservation, local animal rescue and adoption agencies.
