Tim was such a great resource for us while we searched for a home from out of state. He video chatted with me so I could see the houses and gave me his honest opinions since he was being our eyes for us. He made the process so easy from house hunting to closing day and was very responsive. I highly recommend.

Tim has been phenomenal working with my fiancé and I. We were first time home owners, we needed someone to have patience because i didnt know how long it was going to take to find a home for us. He was down to earth, he was super flexible, and also very attentive. He jived with us but he was also on point. We went and got coffee, where he got to know us; to know what we were looking for, what we were negotiable with and not, to help him fine tune what houses to email us. Not just every single one on the market. It helped us narrow down which houses to go see, in what areas. He didn't mind all the questions I had, since this was all new to us. He truly guided us through the whole process. He helped us understand what questions we need to be asking, inspectors, expectations from lenders and title companies. I felt like I was always in good hands. He helped us find our forever home. We can't thank him enough for making this process as stress free and smooth as possible. We recommended him to a friend already.

We had the most wonderful experience with Tim Craven at Village. We took his advice and trusted him with the sale of our house and it sold right away. We found our dream house in the sweetest neighborhood shortly after. We honestly could not be happier with how easy the process was! Tim was there for us every step of the way to guide us. He was honest, knowledgeable, professional and always easy to reach. We will never buy or sell a house with anyone but Tim and Village and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell or both!

Tim really pours himself into this process. He’s very accessible, even when he should be home with his family. He has a calm and caring personality. You get the feeling that he really wants what’s best for you. Tim was able to recommend a lender that was able to close within 2 weeks when the first lender dropped the ball. I would highly recommend him to you if you are trying to negotiate home buying in this current housing boom. He won’t lead you astray.
