Timothy Timmons

Timothy A. Timmons, CPM, CLS, SCSM is a partner in charge of leasing and development. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a BS in Business and has earned graduate designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Tim is also a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in the state of Michigan. He has instructed classes at the University of Shopping Centers on Small Shopping Center Development. Tim has been with the company 29 years. He became a partner in 1985 and consistently closes over 35 transactions a year, primarily with National Retailers.
