Tim is a full-time agent with EWM Realty International. He is experienced in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Tim is very active in the Miami residential market, advising clients with the sale and purchases of single-family homes and condominiums, including properties being acquired for investment and development purposes. His residential work takes him all over Miami but for the past 2 years Tim has been focused on real estate transactions specifically in Miami Shores.

Timothy received his Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications from New York University, He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, and is a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Miami, the Miami Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, the National Association of Realtors,
