Tim was actually covering for our other realtor at EXP realty.
Tim showed us the house we actually got our final offer accepted! He was very open and went above and beyond by getting into the crawl space and pointing out details that most people would miss.

Nothing but good things to say about Tim. Our review is from a slightly different perspective than most. We have done work for Tim by providing photography services for his listings. It is refreshing to see someone that genuinely cares about their clients happiness in the real estate business. Tim is easy to work with and very attentive. He has an unusual quality that after 10 minutes of getting to know you, he will talk to you as though you have known each other for years. He is incredibly upbeat and honest to the core. Tim is an awesome dude! He really went the extra mile to get me into a great home as soon as possible from all the early morning texting, late night phone calls and emails; always positive and always cheerful. He drove to New Ulm on some very spur of the moment request without any hesitation. He is very knowledgeable about houses and surpassed my idea of what a realtor should do! He climbed all the way back in some pretty scary attics and that is going above and beyond Tim is terrific and the real deal! He got me a super awesome lender who was really able to help me as a first time home buyer! What a truly great person to have representing this company! If I am ever in need for an agent in the New Ulm area or know of someone that is looking for a good agent and company, I would definitely suggest Tim!

Let me start off by saying that good value and good quality are not strong enough words for how Tim has been since I started working with. I began looking for homes in Owatonna Labor Day weekend of 2020 after working with three different agents from various companies. While searching Zillow in October 1st from my hotel room in Owatonna (transferred here for work) I received an email from a buying agent stating if I wanted to see the home the following day Tim would meet me at 5 pm. I accepted not really knowing Tim yet, we traded a few emails during the day but once I got to the home and visited with it and Tim and his knowledge of the local market I knew I found and agent that was truly there to help. Tim was up till 1 am that night getting offer paperwork together for me so that we could put our hat in the ring by noon on Saturday. We didn’t get that home but after several lengthy talks on the phone discussing other homes we finally settled on visiting one more home Sunday morning. From 10am when we walked the home till 10 pm when our offer was accepted time took the time to stay in constant Contact with myself and the selling I truly believe that Tim’s tenacity and willingness to stay active is what won me my home. I can not stress enough how lucky I am to have stumbled into such a great agent, I also will be highly recommending him to everyone I meet that is looking to buy a home in Minnesota.

Timothy was EXTREMELY helpful during this whole stressful process. We’re a military family that has moved from Colorado to Minnesota. Moving to a totally new state knowing NO ONE Tim soon became a familiar person which was really comforting. He stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process and really looked for places for us that would fit what we needed. He not only looked for places for us, but he also helped with location of things locally, good places to check out, and gave us a feel for what it was like in this place we’ve never been. He was extremely professional, friendly, efficient, and a great person to work with. He didn’t try to beat around any bush with us, he gave us everything straight and direct, he was very honest. To this day he remains in contact with us, ensuring our move to Minnesota was successful. He’s been extremely helpful along the way, and continues to be helpful even after his “job” is done. All the more reason to show he doesn’t just do his job and leave, he actually cares about the families he works with. I would highly suggest him in your home searching process.
