I found Tina by reading all of the real estate brochures and was very impressed with Tina’s descriptions of her listings. This really whetted. my appetite to use her as they were on a higher level than the other brokers. She walked me through selling my lake home and addressed any and all concerns that I had. If a problem came up, she and her husband, Peter took care of it which reduced my stress level tremendously. That alone was worth their weight in gold. I never had to be concerned or worried about a thing. From listing to closing was 30 days and it was well worth it. I’d do it again, in a heartbeat.

I was in search of a good real estate associate when I found Tina Anzo. What made me call her, was the reviews that others posted about her. They were all wonderful, but didn’t compare to the person that helped me. She is warm, understanding , on the ball and tough all in one. Tina got things done without even asking me. Tough Market. Great Realtor.

As out-of-state buyers, Tina worked hard to help us find a vacation home in an extremely short time frame, that met our requirements. Knocked it out in one trip.

Strengths:

Tina is extremely responsive. If we called or texted, she had a response in same day and, in many cases, within the hour.

Tina made trips to the house on closing day and also to look around for us when we needed clarification on our internet modem after closing and couldn’t make the trip.

Tina is outgoing which helps with us since we’re not a talkative bunch. She helps you determine if something is a good fit for you or not. She listens to and sticks to your list of requirements. You won’t waste time looking at anything that isn’t an option you should seriously consider.

Tina knows the area extremely well and took us on a tour of the area as we looked at houses and explained the history and the sites which gave us a lot of great context and piqued our interest even more in the area.

Tina is a straight shooter. She doesn’t waste time or beat around the bush. She’s extremely clear communicator which was critical for us being a group of four and one state away.

We would absolutely use Tina’s services again. We found a house in our first trip and even successfully won it in this difficult market.

I had the pleasure of working with Tina Anzo over a year and a half. She is so easygoing, and she made the process of buying a home actually fun. She is very knowledgeable about the area and it is evident that she truly enjoys what she does. Tina worked hard to find homes that met my preferences and was very patient with me. She understood that as a first-time homebuyer, I wanted to make the best decision to fit my needs. She made herself available and her husband, Peter, would occasionally show us homes as well to work around my schedule.

One of the best memories of working with Tina was viewing homes via boat. There is no better way to see homes on Lake Burton. She and Peter drove to several homes around the lake that day. The weather was beautiful, and we chatted about all sorts of things as if we had been friends for a long time. They were both so thankful to be able to offer this kind of service to clients, as clearly it was fun for them too. I asked a ton of questions and threw out ideas about things I wanted to do to a few places, and they both offered their own recommendations based on renovations they have seen or done. At one point, she said she thought she knew which house I would choose, and I asked her not to tell me. Later on, when I had made my decision, it turned out to be the same one she thought. To me, this shows how well Tina gets to know her clients and pays close attention to each as an individual.

I highly recommend Tina Anzo. She is both candid and professional, down to earth and an overall joy. She invested her time in me, and I am very thankful for that. With Tina as your guide, the experience of buying a home is the best!

Where are the other stars? This review requires SO many more than 5! Tina contacted me over 2 years ago when she saw that my listing had expired. She watches everything SO closely that she knows everything about listings in her area. I had already resigned with my original agent but promised her that I'd keep her in mind if the house still hadn't sold in another year. Well, it didn't, and she called again, but not before I had signed again. I still promised to keep her in mind. Time passed and after over 3 years, our home had not sold and had been shown only a handful of times. It seemed like it was time for a change so I called Tina. She and her (also an agent) hubby came that very afternoon and started giving suggestions (we followed every single one of them!) and helping us come up with a plan to sell. We could tell this gal knew her stuff (lake/mountain properties esp.)and decided that we would sign with her. Tina has her own special group of people who were able to swoop in and do the things that needed doing that we couldn't do ourselves. She provided some of her personal belongings to make the place look more inviting, and within 2 weeks, the house looked like a different place. Tina brought in a professional photographer to capture the reality of the house and its surroundings and amenities, and our listing "went live" on a Friday morning. People looked at the house the very next day, the next day, the next day, and the day after that. Tina's knowledge on presentation had made the difference....now others could see how terrific our place was! Several of the lookers were interested and by Tuesday afternoon...4 days later...we had a firm contract. WIthin 6 weeks of signing, our home closed after over 3 years on the market. Selling a home in a timely manner for a realistic price with little hassle requires working with someone who knows the area, knows how to market the type of property you have, someone who takes the time to watch properties and buyers, and someone who loves what they do so that they truly give you their all. On the personal side, I never doubted I wanted Tina Anzo to be my realtor when it came time to list my home on Lake Burton. I appreciated her marketing technique and especially so when I begin to receive inquiries from her about my home. When she and her husband Peter came out to interview for the listing, I was instantly sold. She seemed to grasp right away what my home was "all about," what was unique about it. I really apppreciated the tailored approach as opposed to cookie cutter promises of what she would do during the marketing process. She listened when I told her the history of the place and what it had meant to me and my famiily; she listened, so she was very well informed about it, and she planned her strategy accordingly. I never felt it was just another listing. Rather, I felt like we had embarked on a project together.

On the professional side, I very much appreciated how she was always on top of the market and how my home was doing with the competition. She offered encouragement when I needed it, but helped me modify expectations when I needed to to that as well. She kept me informed. I was confident she had her finger on the pulse of the market in my area and she was always available to share the latest with me.

Tina is hands down the best realtor we have ever used, and we have gone through quite a few over the years. She is amazingly knowledgeable about the lake Burton area, for someone new to the area like us she was just a treasure trove of information. She knew the background of each home we looked at and knew what the true value is which was of course priceless information for us.
Me and my husband had very different vision of what we wanted and never seemed to like the same property. Tina quickly figured out what would work for both of us and found us the perfect home we absolutely love. Since this home was freshly posted for sale by owner and lacked the picture-perfect photographs, we were hesitant to even go see it. Tina insisted we see it anyways. She is just completely amazing in her intuition and knowing just what you want. Besides her amazing abilities as a relator she is a pure joy to work with. Our house had been on the market a year and and a half without an offer even though it was priced under comparables. Then we engaged Tina who immediately got on the job engaging a top notch photographer and not just placing the house on the usual but also other publications. She offered and happily attended multiple home/termite inspections. On several occasions, we would decide on a whim to drive to Rabun County in hopes of getting into the property. Tina was absolutely fantastic. I'm picky about everything and that was magnified by a thousand when it came to looking at houses - we've got young kids, work is based out of the house and we end up spending tons of time in our home. For us, home really is where the heart is. Tina was understanding of our needs and encouraging the whole way through.
She came up with all sorts of recommendations for homes and went absolutely above and beyond to help us find our perfect house at the price we wanted to pay. We toured at least a dozen homes and each time she had extra information on hand and as much background as she could get to answer our questions. It gave us peace of mind as we were walking through and helped us envision our lives there until we found the right fit.

She is honest which is a refreshing change of pace from your typical salesman-type realtor. She genuinely wanted us to find a home that we loved and knew the history of so we had a strong idea of what our future might be. She was always quick to respond to texts or calls. Tina Anzo helped me to find the 12th house I have purchased over the years, and I have never worked with a more professional and friendly agent as Tina.
The few concerns/questions she could not answer herself, she found the answer and got back to me very quickly.
Being an out of the area buyer, I appreciate her efficiency with which we talked about properties that might fit my needs.
My purchase was dependent on the sale of my existing home, for which I already ha a buyer with a pre-approved mortgage through a government agency. for various reasons, the scheduled closing date of my existing home was cancelled 3 times, so I had to cancel closing on my new home.
we even were delayed by the partial government shut down.

Tina was an absolute delight to work with. Since our time here was limited, she really made everything go smoothly. She did all the leg work for us previewing property saving time not viewing property that didn’t meet our criteria.

Where do I start? I was already in living in Atlanta and my wife came down to Atlanta for one day to look at a home we liked in South Atlanta (which ended up not working out). At 4:30 in the afternoon I saw Tina was the listing agent on a home my wife and I saw in Clayton on Zillow. So even knowing it would be a slim chance to see the house that evening, I called Tina out of the blue, introduced ourselves and asked if we could see a couple houses in Clayton that evening. I shared with her that my wife had to return to Cincinnati the following day. Tina agreed to show us the house DESPITE being just out of surgury less than 24-hours! My wife and I drove 2-hours up to Clayton to meet Tina so we could see the two houses. That evening, she was out with my wife and I for three-hours. So, not only was she very knowledgeable about the area, gave us great insight into the community and made a super late night dinner recommendation, she went over and above the call of duty to show us some house when she should have been recuperating from her surgery. My wife and I highly recommend Tina.

Tina is an incredible agent who goes above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you are looking for...even if you aren’t sure of what that is until you find it! She really listens to you and puts hours and hours into finding you the right home. Even after finding it, she sticks with you and helps with inspections, repairs, and any other concern you have. We recently worked with Tina to purchase a cabin in Tiger and she could not have been more fabulous to work with. From the first time we spoke, she was genuine and enthusiastic about helping us find the right property. The property we decided to buy had many issues and Tina was proactive and tireless in helping us resolve the many questions and concerns we had before feeling good about our purchase.
