Why do I love real estate?
I truly LOVE seeing the smile on a client's face or hearing the joy in their voice when I tell them they are cleared to close. I love helping people from different walks of life; whether it's the newly married couple starting their family, the single mom or dad trying to provide stability for their child/children, or the investor looking to increase his/her portfolio, I am so honored to be a part of this major step in their lives and want to make sure they have a wonderful experience. I love every part of the process! From getting to know someone from the very beginning conversations to the sometimes intense feelings the transaction can bring. Each and every time a client is cleared to close, my heart skips a beat and I can’t wait to call and tell them the good news!
How do I qualify to help you, your family, friends, and/or co-workers?
I am very hardworking, results-oriented, organized, motivated, and efficient. I understand selling or purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions a client will make and take pride in ensuring the transaction goes as smoothly as possible.
I have 13 years of experience in the mortgage/real estate industry which allows me to guide buyers every step of the way. My senior processing and pre-underwriting skills ensure paperwork is not missed, documents are submitted in a timely manner, and lenders are properly pre-approving clients so they do not waste unnecessary time and money.
My extensive marketing experience ensures sellers maximize exposure for their property listings, open houses are a success, and the home gets sold in minimal time.
How do I give back to the community?
Having been raised by a single mom, giving back to others in need truly gives me joy knowing I can help make someone’s life a little better :)
I have been the Volunteer Coordinator for the Children’s Miracle Network Raising the Stakes for a Miracle Charity Event for the past 5 years, and volunteer at the event for the past 7 years. I love giving back to children and families I know are in need of assistance which is why I am a *Miracle Agent* and donate a portion of my income on home sales to the Children’s Specialized Hospital, provider of healthcare services for infants, children and young adults. So in essence, your referrals, those you know that are considering buying or selling real estate, help the kids!
In addition to the Children’s Miracle Network, I also donate not just funds, but my time to other local fundraising efforts. In 2017, I spearheaded and organized the very first back-pack drive with the Township of Union where we collected over 250 backpacks that were distributed to children in need of school supplies.
What areas do I service?
I grew up and went to elementary and high school in Union County, attended college in Morris County, and have lived in Union, Middlesex, Morris, and Somerset Counties. I have been lucky and blessed to become familiar with many areas of my home state of New Jersey and now service Union, Middlesex, Somerset, and Hunterdon Counties.
