Mrs. Brown-Johnson is an excellent agent to use. Her expertise assisted me with purchasing a new home at a great price. The market is so bad, right now. She spent several hot days meeting me to view used homes and new construction. She never acted like I was a bother. I asked a lot of questions of her and builders. She was patient. Sometimes she assisted me with asking the right questions. I really appreciated her patience and willingness to continue helping me look until I found the right house for me.

I was very impressed working with Mrs. Brown-Johnson. I appreciate her honesty . Further, she took time to educate me about purchasing a home. She always had an answer to my questions. She is very prompt. As she asked me questions, I learned what I was really looking for and needed in a home. My five star rating means I had a great, exemplary experience working with my agent. Use her for the honesty. She never acted like it was about money going into her pocket. I hate that type of service. It’s my home…therefore, I must matter. She made that happen and I’m overjoyed about my brand new home.

Mrs. Johnson was extremely helpful in the purchase of my home. She helps me search for land, and a builder that would provide what I was looking for in my retirement home. She was there when I purchase the land and signed the contracts to have my home built to ensure that I didn't forget any important questions and that I understood everything the builders was communicating to me. She kept me focus on my budget to ensure that I didn't overspend. While the house was being built Mrs. Johnson, kept me abreast of when it was time to do the inspections with building a home from the ground up and even came to assist me and the inspectors to insure nothing was overlooked. She would go by the building site and check on the builder process and send me pictures. She reviewed my Closing Disclosure with me prior to closing and at my closing she reviewed it again to ensure that no additions were added or taken away that wasn't correct. Mrs. Johnson was there from the beginning to the end, not like realtors I experience in the past that I had to hunt down to get information. This was my fourth purchase of a home and by far Mrs. Johnson was the best realtor I have ever had. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone that needs assistance in purchasing a home. Even if you are out of the state and looking in North Carolina for your next home, she would be the realtor to choose. I believe her character and her military background adds up to a person that cares, take pride and understands what is involve in buy a home.
