Tina Denman

Tina’s life has been a series of big, brave moves. Ask what lessons those moves taught her, and she will tell you that moving is scary, people are wonderful, and you should never make assumptions.
Born in Bellingham, Washington, Tina was educated at Western Washington University and the University of Virginia in Educational Leadership and Exceptional Children/Consultative Teaching. Through her 27 years in Education and as a teacher, Director of Special Services and Assistant Superintendent, Tina discovered she had a heart for problem solving, logistics and negotiation. A life re-evaluation and retirement led her to Real Estate, where she has served the St. Louis Metro East (Illinois) for 7 years.
As a Realtor, Tina knows that how well she facilitates the sale/purchase of their home directly affects her client’s futures. She’s known for her wealth of knowledge, thoughtfulness, and ‘get it done’ approach. Nearly all of her business comes from clients she’s helped in the past, or those who have been referred to her. A dedicated mentor to others in the industry, she is always willing to provide wisdom and training to newer agents and colleagues.
Tina has made a career out of helping people navigate their life’s biggest decisions. She wants everyone to have a positive experience when buying or selling a home and her greatest goal is to help others move forward towards their next step in life. She prides herself in being the most accessible agent around and she truly feel its an honor to be called on for advice or help – no matter the concern.
