First, I was given Tina's name from a former client of hers whom was extremely happy with the guidance and help Tina gave her. So I took a chance and emailed and called Tina. We set up an appointment "in person" and hit it off from there. Tina is a gem!!! She is very personal and takes the extra time and energy to help a person. I had a very particular list of requirements for my "forever home" and Tina followed my check list to perfection.
Tina, walked, guided, calmed my OCD anxieties and went the extra miles in checking on my build when I was unavailable. She went to all inspections with me and asked just as many questions as I should have regarding build specs, interior specs,,, I mean she is the "total package" of expertise in being a super realtor. She was with me from beginning to end, and she continues to check in on me to see if things are as the contractors promised.
If anyone wants a realtor agent they can trust to do what is best for them, she is the real deal. Pick up the phone and call her quickly, never purchase or sell a home without an realtor/ Tina in particular. She will make your entire process easier and worthwhile. Seriously, don't make a mistake and try to do it yourself; let her do the work for you. I, thank God daily for sending Tina into my life for getting me my forever home. Seamless, no issues..
