Now, it's all about finding YOUR perfect house, ranch or recreational property you can call home. After 27 years in real estate, I've learned a few things about people & myself.

Zig Ziglar said, "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want."

It's true.

I've noticed that creating honest & caring relationships with all people has been my most important & sincere marketing strategy.

I'm more inclined to bake you home made cookies than send direct mail.

My clients are friends & have been for years, trusting me with their important real estate needs on multiple occasions.

In my spare time, I'm a writer & author of the children's book, "Pig's Big Adventure," & blog weekly at HappyFunGirl.com where I overshare & tell too much & write about faith, family & life.

I also love reading, cooking, music, thrift store shopping, gardening & the great outdoors.

Supporting our veterans & military families is important to me and I also participate or volunteer with organizations like Hill Country Toastmasters, the Hill Country Daily Bread, Children's Miracle Network, World Vision, Child Fund, Habitat for Humanity, SA Food Bank, Girl Scouts & more.

But all you really want to know is, "Can you help us buy or sell our dream house?" The answer is, "Yes."
