Tina did an amazing job and really turned a stressful situation of buying a house into a happy occasion. She was always bright, smiling, positive, and very quick in helping in any way shape or form she could. She offered tremendous guidance and was there for us each step of the way. She has a very likable personality, so the process seemed more like working with a close friend rather than just a realtor. She is amazing at her job. I know if I am ever in the market for a house or if I have any friends or colleagues searching for a home in Long Island, I will DEFINITELY recommend them to Tina!!! Working with Tina was a wonderful experience. Having to sell our home of 30 years seemed daunting. We had the first offer before our open house and ended up selling above asking price. She took care of every detail and made the entire experience hassle free. I was so grateful that everything was handled with such expertise and care. Who said Customer Service and personal attention is dead? It is certainly alive and well with Tina Giordano and her Signature Premier Properties team. We cannot thank Tina enough for all her hard work on the recent listing and sale of our home. Whenever we needed her she was there. Talk about going above and beyond. We had very difficult buyers to contend with and Tina handled every issue immediately and with tremendous professionalism. She brought every issue to a successful and swift resolution. Tina is so professional and friendly. (not snooty) Very knowledgeable about the local real estate market, quick response time for questions at all hours of the day/night!!! Helped with repairs / inspections. I would absolutely recommend!!!
