About Tina

Tina’s real estate journey spans more than two decades, and it’s been anything but ordinary. Raised in Colorado, with early roots in both the Southern and Bay Areas, Tina returned home in 1987 at the age of 15 — unknowingly laying the groundwork for a standout career in Colorado real estate.

She entered the industry in 1996 as an Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator, quickly becoming the backbone of many successful deals. By 2010, she was managing real estate offices and operations with precision and purpose. In 2013, Tina deepened her expertise on the title side as an Escrow Assistant/Processor, mastering the closing process from every angle.

In 2014, she returned to her passion — launching and supporting brokerages across the Denver Metro and Boulder areas. Her ability to build strong, service-driven teams has helped shape some of the most respected offices in the region.

Tina holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Development, along with a Master’s in Legal Studies and multiple business-focused degrees. Her academic background gives her a powerful advantage in guiding both clients and colleagues through complex contracts, negotiations, and strategic decisions.

Known for her hands-on mentorship, contract mastery, and unmatched organizational systems, Tina brings clarity, structure, and a high level of service to every transaction. Whether she’s working with a first-time buyer, a luxury seller, or coaching a fellow agent, she operates with integrity, energy, and genuine care.
