Tina, a lifelong resident of Alameda County, California, except for a brief period of three years when her family was transferred to Ohio during her childhood, enjoys a fortunate and fulfilling life. She is happily married and blessed with two daughters and four grandsons, all of whom are thriving and content.
With an impressive 31-year tenure in the real estate industry, Tina's career has traversed various facets of the field. She initially ventured into property management but soon realized it wasn't her true passion. Tina then transitioned to Coldwell Banker in Fremont, where she served as the Office Manager. In this role, she led the Agent Services Department, was an active member of the Board of Realtors, and worked as a Transaction Coordinator.
Between 1995 and 2007, Tina explored the realms of title and escrow, starting as an Escrow Assistant and gradually advancing to become a Jr Escrow Officer before ultimately becoming an Account Manager, a role that ignited her passion. During this time, an agent and client recognized her expertise and asked her to serve as an adjunct instructor in title and escrow procedures at Chabot Community College in Hayward, CA. Tina embraced the opportunity and discovered her enjoyment of teaching, continuing in this role for six fulfilling years.
Following the housing crash in 2007, Tina returned to working as a transaction coordinator, but her desire to obtain her real estate license persisted. Determined to pursue her lifelong aspiration, she took the leap and earned her real estate license. Since then, Tina has never looked back and has achieved remarkable success. In her first nine months in the business, she earned the prestigious President's Award from the Bay East Association of Realtors, showcasing her dedication and excellence in the field.
