Tina Husted provided us as clients with outstanding assistance in our recent relocation from Toledo, Ohio to the Columbus area. She was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and very patient during our search for a new home. In fact, even though we viewed various websites online listing houses for sale in Columbus, it was Tina who actually located the perfect home for us in Grove City and helped us negotiate a price within our comfort zone. Tina responded quickly to all of our inquiries, communicating by phone, text, and/or email. She also resolved a problem for us regarding the home warranty on our new residence after we moved. Tina Husted did an amazing job helping my family find a new home. I found that she was a good listener to our needs. She was able to suggest new home builders that I did not know about and thought of things for floor plans that I never considered possible. She had the expertise to know about lots and features that we needed to look for. We also looked at many existing homes in a market where homes would go into contract the same day listed. In addition, she was able to bring existing homes to our attention that I would not have considered on my own. My family is in an existing home now and we love it. I am very pleased that Tina suggested this home and I followed her advice to just take a look!
In addition to finding our dream home, Tina helped us sell our old home. She encouraged us through the preparation phase. She was able to give cost-saving advice on items to update or not before the showings. She appropriately priced our home to a competitive amount. She was able to negotiate contracts and even had the knowledge of having a backup buyer in case the first buyer fell through.
