She has been representing both buyers and sellers for the past 15 years, helping guide them through the complexities of real estate. With the designation of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), she has made the commitment to serving her clients with the highest ethical standards. She has developed a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to navigate the current real estate market.

Growing up the middle child in a family of seven kids in a three bed, one bath home, who would have thought she would one day be selling homes? Or perhaps that is why she has a love of real estate. Trying to find the right fit is what she does. Buying a home is often the biggest single investment most people will ever make; shouldn't you work with a professional to help make sure that your new home is the right fit?

She was born and raised in the small town of Coshocton, Ohio where she learned the importance of customer service at an early age. Her family owned a neighborhood market where she learned that if you treat people right and put their needs first, they will be a customer for life. That stuck with her to this day and is what she strives for in her real estate career.

After graduating from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications Technology, she headed to Chicago where she worked in television production and sales for nearly a decade. When she married her husband Gary, who worked for a multinational company, the pace of life picked up considerably. Over the next 30 years they would live in a dozen homes across the U.S. and The Netherlands. Living in so many places meant starting over again and again, developing her people skills to make new friends in each place. It was in Redondo Beach, CA where she fine-tuned her negotiation and conflict resolution skills when she got involved with our city's education foundation and became president of our elementary school PTA.

When Gary became self-employed in 2004, they realized they could choose where they would live. It was on a vacation to Sarasota that they knew they had found the perfect place to raise their two teenage boys. It was also here that she chose to pursue a career as a Realtor. She wanted to put all the skills she's learned to use by helping people navigate the complexities of buying and selling a home. The job does not stop when we have identified your dream home or get a contract on the home you are selling. From contract to closing, she will go that extra mile to assure your transaction is as seamless and stress free as possible.

The past few years have taken some twists and turns, including producing and directing the award-winning documentary, Thriving with Cerebral Palsy and a 2 year trip exploring North American in a motorhome. They could not be happier with the choice they made to move to Sarasota. They like to say they are "Livin' the Dream!"
