I had the opportunity of talking to Tina in the midst of selling my father's home that I inherited. She wasn't even my realtor but she answered some of the questions that I had which I thought was so kind. She is compassionate and she knows her stuff. Anyone that has the pleasure of doing business with her will see that she is passionate about the real estate business. What I like the most is that she actually cares about people personally and she wants the best for you. I would highly recommend her services!

Tina did an all around amazing job as our realtor! We are new to the area and needed to buy a house quickly without knowing anything about the market. Tina was very responsive, was able to show us a ton of houses all in one weekend, and provided great guidance on the market and buying process in both PA and NJ. We ended up getting the perfect house for us at a good price, even in this crazy market. Tina walked us through all the negotiations with the seller, closing on the house, and continued to check in to make sure everything was good after we moved in. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tina to anyone looking to buy a house in the Philly or NJ area!

Tina was extremely helpful during our relocation to New Jersey. When we could not be present to view properties, she toured them on our behalf and reported back every step of the way. Tina listened to us; and truly understood everything we wanted, while always respecting our price range. She took her time to find the perfect house for us, cried with us when certain ones fell through and celebrated with us when the perfect house was finally found. Tina was quick to respond, friendly, and most importantly was honest, which was the most important thing for me as I have heard stories of realtors who are too focused on a sale to tell it how it is... I wanted someone who while nice would not waste my time, Tina fit the bill. Would definitely recommend.
